The First Bonus is the 'Power Start' paid on personally sponsored distributors initial order.
Power Start: Basic One time bonuse of 20% on personally sponsored distributors payable if you have personally purchased 100PV (1 case )
This 20% commision rises to 30% if you are on Monthly Automatic Order.
Power Start: Plus When you are on a monthly Auto Order of 100 PV you qualify to receive a one-time bonus of 30 percent on your personally sponsored distributor's initial order.
Power Start: Double Depth When you are on a monthly Auto Order of 200 PV you also qualify for a PowerStart "Double Depth" bonus that pays you 15 percent on the initial orders of those distributors that your personally sponsored distributors have sponsored. (your second level distributors).
Leaders reaching the following bonus criterion can now qualify to receive a percentage of total global volume (paid quarterly) in the form of a high performance bonus.
To receive this high performance bonus you must maintain a 200 PV minimum monthly ADP for the qualification and qualify as follows:

a $10,000 (USD) monthly unilevel* check for each month of the period. Receive pro rata share based on first 9 volume levels.
* Percentages received from special promotional bonuses are not included in monthly commission check requirements.
